Rates
To register for the 2011 MAPLA Conference as a vendor, click here to access the online registration form. You may also print the registration form and mail a check to MAPLA. After submitting your online registration, your web browser will be redirected to the MAPLA Online Store to complete payment information. You may pay for the conference using a credit card via PayPal or you may print an invoice and mail a check. For your business/accounting office information, MAPLA's Federal Employer Identification Number is: 39-1365362. Reservations must be made by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 6th to receive the MAPLA Conference rate. Reservations made after the deadline will be subject to prevailing rates and will be accepted on a space available basis.
